% 31.07.2018 CM APPL. 28631/2018 Name of the Respondent shall be read as Jag Mohan Chhabra instead of Jog Mohan Chhabra in the judgment dated 4th July, 2018 as there was a mistake in the cause title when the Union of India filed the appeal. Judgement be corrected, and the corrected judgment be uploaded. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that in the second last para of the judgment, along with the rates of interest i.e. 8% and 12% the words 'per annum' are missing. Accordingly, it is directed that rates of interest in the second last para be read as rates of interest '8% per annum' and '12% per annum' respectively.
