O R D E R

% 10.11.2016 Conduct of petitioner disentitles him the concession of parole. Petitioner was granted parole for one month by this court and was released on 25th May, 2015 from jail. On 13th June, 2015, he was re-arrested vide a kalandra bearing DD No.55B dated 12th June, 2015 under Sections 107/151 Cr.P.C and sent to jail.

Petitioner had earlier filed W.P.(Crl.) No.497/2016 seeking parole, which was dismissed by a Bench of Coordinate Jurisdiction vide order dated 15th February, 2016 for the reason that petitioner was involved in the above offences.

It emerges from the record that, while on parole, petitioner went to

Rivoli Cinema, Connaught Place, New Delhi and started threatening and quarrelling with the victim, thus, he was arrested on 13th June, 2015. In the above facts, present petition is dismissed. A.K. PATHAK, J.
