Ld. counsel for parties submit that as per contents of the plaint, part of cause of action arose at plaintiff's placed which is situated at Ashok Vihar which falls under the jurisdiction of District North-West, Delhi. In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (North-West), Rohini, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge(North-West), Rohini, Delhi on 25.07.2016. Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
