% 08.09.2016 In this writ petition, the primary challenge is to the notification dated 21.05.2015 (SO 1368 (E)) issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.
We note that the very same notification was also inter alia the subject matter of challenge in W.P. (C) 5888/2015 (Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors. vs. Union of India & Ors.) and other connected writ petitions which were decided by a Division Bench of this court on 04.08.2016. By virtue of the said decision, the
impugned notification dated 21.05.2015 was held to be valid. Consequently, the present petition is entirely covered by the decision of the Division Bench in the above mentioned matter.
