% 14.01.2016 Today, the present case is listed before this Court on the office note consequent upon the letter received from the office of Judge Incharge, Mediation Centre, Saket Court, New Delhi stating therein that the mediation proceedings were conducted on 23.03.2015, 16.04.2015, 07.05.2015, 14.05.2015, 28.05.2015 and 02.07.2015 and despite having the several sessions, the matter could not settled in the mediation and the parties were directed to appear before this Court for further proceedings.

Since the FIR in this case has already been quashed, nothing survives in the present petition, therefore no further orders are required to be passed in this case.
