LPA 519/2018 The prayer (b) and pleadings in Ground D made in the Memorandum of Appeal are not appropriate. We do not appreciate the same and the learned counsel for the appellant is directed to withdraw the same. The pleadings made in Ground D as well as prayer (b) be deleted by making necessary corrections and endorsement in the Appeal by the Counsel for the appellant during the course of the day.

Considering the fact that identical writ petition being W.P.(C)

1404/2018 titled as Ravinder Aggarwal v. Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee is pending and listed on 31st October, 2018 before the learned Single Judge, the interest of justice would be met in case the appellant is granted an opportunity to file an appropriate application seeking recall of the impugned order dated 31st August, 2018 in W.P.(C) 839/2018 and seek listing of the matter for analogous hearing along with W.P.(C) 1404/2018. If such an application is filed by the appellant, the learned Single Judge is requested to consider the same and pass an appropriate order in the matter. With the aforesaid liberty to the appellant, the instant appeal stands disposed of.
