% 18.01.2016 Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that he has filed an application for modification of the order dated 11.03.2015 vide Dy. No. 12374 dated 12.01.2016.

This application will be decided by the court to which the matter will be transferred on account of pecuniary jurisdiction. In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (New Delhi), Patiala House Courts, Delhi on 7th April, 2016 for further directions.

Registry is directed to send the complete record to the Ld. District Judge (New Delhi), Patiala House Courts, Delhi before the next date of hearing.
