% 27.02.2017 W.P.(C) 5612/2015 & CM Nos.10108/2015(stay), 35860/2016(early hearing) The petitioner, by the present petition, seeks setting aside of order dated 21.02.2012 passed by the Additional Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) Headquarter.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that by Order-inReview dated 16.11.2016, the Reviewing Authority & Director General of Foreign Trade has set aside the order dated 21.02.2012 and submits that prayer of the petitioner stands satisfied. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.

The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
