Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner regrets the lapse on the part of the petitioner and is willing to submit an apology with respondent no. 2.

submits, under instructions from respondent No. 2 who is present in court, that on petitioner filing the apology the show cause notice dated 22.05.2017 W.P.(C) 5113/2017

shall be withdrawn.

In view of the above stand taken by the parties, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an apology with the respondent no. 2. On accepting of the apology by respondent no. 2, appropriate directions be issued for withdrawal of the show cause notice by respondent No. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of in above terms. 5.
