% 20.09.2018 Considering the fact that in accordance with the notification dated 17th September, 2018, new portal has been made operational w.e.f 18th September, 2018 up to 5th October, 2018 and it is the case of the respondent that the petitioner can now apply through this portal, we grant liberty to the petitioner to apply through the new portal and direct the respondent to process the application of the petitioner, if applied in accordance with law. However, while doing so, the earlier rejection will not come in the way of

processing the application of the petitioner applied through the new portal. The petition stands disposed of.
