BY the present petition the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.590/2014 under Sections 186/341/506/34 IPC registered at PS Janakpuri, Delhi on the complaint of respondent No.2 on the ground that the parties have settled the matter.

Since charge sheet has been filed sanction by the competent authority has already been granted for offence punishable under Section 186 IPC. There is no material whatsoever of any kind showing that the competent authority of the respondent No.2 has no objection to the quashing of the above-noted FIR.

Faced with this situation learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition to file a fresh one once no objection from the competent authority of the respondent No.2 is obtained. 4.

Leave and liberty granted.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
