Learned counsel for the respondents submits that letter dated 29th January, 2016 issued by Sr. Divisional Personnel Officer, N. Rly., Ambala Cantt. has been sent to the petitioner at his Bagpat address. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not received the copy of the letter dated 29th January, 2016 till today. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner be directed to report for joining at Ambala on the basis of the photocopy of letter dated 29th January, 2016 handed over today and one more copy of letter dated 29th January, 2016 shall be made available to him at the time of joining.

The petitioner is directed to report for joining to Sr. Divisional Personnel Officer, N. Rly., Ambala Cantt. along with photocopy of the letter dated 29th January, 2016 handed over to him in the Court today. 5.

The petition is disposed of.
