This petition was filed by Petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 12.07.2018 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-04 and Special Judge (NDPS) Act, South-East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi in C.R. No.344/2018 titled 'Ms. Nilima Rishbud & Ors. v. State'. 2.

Learned counsel for Petitioners submits that this Court in CRL.M.C. No.1643/2024 has, vide order dated 28.02.2024, quashed FIR No.78/2013 and this petition is therefore rendered infructuous. 3.

Petition is disposed of as infructuous in view of the order passed in CRL.M.C. No.1643/2024. Pending application also stands disposed of.
