The petitioner in compliance of the order dated 11.01.2017 has given `8 lacs to the complainant's counsel.

The petitioner in the presence of his counsel has tendered apology for incorrect facts mentioned in the application. The petitioner also withdraws the allegations imputed to the previous counsel Mr.Sanjeev Mahajan, Advocate.

The petitioner is burdened with costs `1 lac for incorrect facts mentioned in the application alleging that Mr.Sanjeev Mahajan, Advocate had no authority on his behalf to offer payment of `8 lacs to the complainant as reflected in the order dated 11.01.2017. 4.

The petitioner has agreed to pay the costs today itself. BAIL APPLN. 1051/2015

`50,000/- cash has been given to Mr.Sanjeev Mahajan, Advocate who represented the petitioner on 11.01.2017. Statement of Mr.Sanjeev Mahajan, Advocate has been recorded regarding receipt of `50,000/- separately.

`50,000/- shall be paid to the complainant for delay in compliance of the order dated 11.01.2017.

Complainant is not present in the Court today. `50,000/- have been handed over to her counsel Ms.Usha Mann, Advocate. Her statement to this effect has been recorded. She shall hand over `50,000/- to the complainant. 7.

After accepting the apology tendered by the petitioner and withdrawal of the allegations levelled in the application, no further action is required and the application stands disposed of in the above terms.
