% 05.09.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and complainant have settled their disputes amicably before the Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 7th June, 2017. It is further submitted that as many as 13 cases have been settled between the petitioner and the complainant before the Mediation Centre. Photocopy of settlement has been placed on record. It is submitted that 12 cases have been withdrawn and / or disposed of in terms of the settlement dated 7th June, 2017. Learned counsel for the complainant is present in Court and admits the factum of settlement arrived at between petitioner and
complainant.
Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/-with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
