O R D E R

% 27.09.2018 Petitioner has prayed for grant of interim bail for taking care of his ailing wife.

A perusal of status report shows that wife of petitioner is suffering from Tuberculosis (pott spine) and is taking treatment from Dr. Jagpal Singh Saini, Sr. General Physician, Awadh Health Care, Sultanpur, New Delhi. Petitioner has no past criminal history.

Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances of the case, it is ordered that petitioner be released on interim bail for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹30,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial

court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the interim bail period petitioner would be staying at his parents' house where his wife is living, that is, G-135, Bita II, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. During the interim bail period petitioner shall report to the SHO of police station Lajpat Nagar once in a week, that is, on Mondays at 10:00 am. Petitioner shall also give his contact number to the SHO.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
