O R D E R

% 16.08.2016 Learned counsel for the Decree Holders has drawn the attention of this Court to the award dated 30.07.2014. In terms of the said award, the Decree Holders as well as the Judgment Debtor were entitled to 1/3rd of the sale proceeds of the property bearing Plot No. B-140, Vivek Vihar, New Delhi along with the proportionate interest accrued there on. The sale proceeds of the said property amounted to `2.5 crores out of which `50 lakhs had been withdrawn by the Judgment Debtor and the balance was deposited with the Registrar General of this court. It is not disputed that in terms of the aforesaid award `83,33,333/- along with interest is payable to each of the Decree Holders. It is stated that out of the aforesaid sum, `80 lakhs each has already been withdrawn by the Decree Holders along with accrued interest. Accordingly, the Registrar General is directed to release the balance sum of `3,33,333/- in favour of each Decree Holder along with the accrued interest.

The balance amount shall be released to the Judgment Debtor. The Execution Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. VIBHU BAKHRU, J AUGUST 16, 2016 pkv
