% 29.11.2018 Criminal Revision No.19/2015 was disposed of by the learned Addl.
Sessions Judge-04 (North), Rohini Courts, Delhi vide judgement dated 9th July, 2015.
As on 9th July, 2015, the jurisdiction of Rohini Courts was divested to deal with the complaint/revision, in view of the insertion of Section 142(2) N.I. Act w.e.f. 15.06.2015, vide Section 3 of the Amendment Act 26 of 2015.
Accordingly, the impugned order is set aside and the Criminal Revision Petition is restored for hearing by the concerned Addl.
Sessions Judge (South District), Saket Courts, New Delhi. It is noted that complaint case is now pending in the court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate (South District) Saket Courts, New Delhi. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
