The Arbitrator has been appointed by an order passed today in ARB.P. No. 264/2017 captioned Birbal Academy and Publications Pvt Ltd & Anr. vs. Chandan Kumar Jha & Anr.

In the circumstances, the interim order passed on 17.10.2016 shall continue, till the conclusion of the arbitral proceedings. The respondent is at liberty to approach the arbitral tribunal for modification/vacation of the said order. It is clarified that the arbitral tribunal shall consider the same un-influenced by any observations made by this Court in any order passed in these proceedings. 3.

The petition and the application stands disposed of, in the above terms.
