This appeal is disposed of as not pressed as parties agree that they have entered into a written agreement dated 24.10.2017 before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre and that the parties will be bound by the terms as stated in the written settlement agreement dated 24.10.2017 which satisfies the requirements of Order 23 Rule 3 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC).

Of course since the present appeal is only against an interim order, parties will be at liberty to approach the trial court on the basis of the written settlement agreement dated 24.10.2017 and seek appropriate orders in the suit.
