O R D E R

% 11.09.2018 The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from Sub Inspector Malkhan Singh, who appears for the investigating officer of case FIR No.503/2016 (second FIR), under Section 363 of IPC of Police Station Sarita Vihar, submits that the investigation has been concluded and that the report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C.) shall be submitted within two weeks before the appropriate forum, i.e. the Juvenile Justice Board (the person sought to be proceeded against being a juvenile).

In view of this submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith.

The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.
