% 05.05.2016 The suit has been settled in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 22.12.2015 signed by the parties, their respective counsels and the learned mediator is placed on record.

The terms of the settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and I see no impediment in accepting the same. Accordingly, the suit stands decreed in terms of para 29(a), (b) & (c) of the plaint in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant. The parties are left to bear their respective costs.

The plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of the court fees as the suit has been settled in mediation.
