O R D E R

% 11.09.2018 By this petition petitioners Ankit Malhotra, Pradeep Kumar Malhotra and Pramod Kumar Malhotra seek quashing of FIR No.316/2016 under sections 323/341/506/427/34 IPC registered at police station Amar Colony on the complaint of Shashikant Talwar and Saroj Talwar, respondent nos. 2 and 3.

At the outset, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that the investigation in the FIR in question is over and the Investigating Officer will be filing charge sheet within two weeks without arresting the petitioners, in view of the nature of evidence that has come on record.

In view of this statement of learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions from the petitioner nos.2 and 3 who are present in the Court, does not press this petition with liberty to avail all the remedies that may be available in law and if so advised.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
