% 11.09.2018 By this petition petitioner Ankit Malhotra seeks quashing of FIR No.453/2016 under sections 354/506 IPC registered at police station Amar Colony on the complaint of respondent no. 2 on merits. At the outset, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that the investigation in the FIR in question is almost complete and the Investigating Officer will be filing charge sheet within four weeks without arresting the petitioner, in view of the nature of evidence that has come on record. In view of this statement of learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner who are present in the Court, does not press this petition with liberty to avail all the remedies that may be available in law and if so advised.
