IA No. 24323/2015 (O 23 R 3 CPC) By this application, it is submitted that parties have settled their disputes on the terms and conditions as stipulated in prayer clauses 28(a) to

28(d) of the plaint. A perusal of this application shows that parties have settled their disputes on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the application with which parties shall remain bound. Application has been signed by the parties and their counsels, inasmuch as has been supported by the affidavits of constituted attorney of the plaintiff and proprietor of defendant. Application is allowed. A decree is passed in terms of prayer clauses 28(a) to 28(d) of the plaint.
