% 27.02.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the parties have settled the matter. He would thus like to withdraw the present petition and the applications with liberty to file a fresh petition seeking quashing of the FIR on the basis of compromise.

The petitioner Nos. 2, 3 and 4 have executed a Power of Attorney in favour of petitioner No. 1 which is placed on record by learned counsel for the petitioners.

Registry is directed to return the Power of Attorney executed by the petitioner Nos. 2, 3 and 4, the other family members of the petitioner No.1, in favour of petitioner No. 1, to the learned counsel for the petitioners so that the same could be filed in the new petition, today itself.
