% 27.02.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the parties have settled the matter. He would thus like to withdraw the present petition and the applications with liberty to file a fresh petition seeking quashing of the FIR on the basis of compromise.
The petitioner Nos. 2, 3 and 4 have executed a Power of Attorney in favour of petitioner No. 1 which is placed on record by learned counsel for the petitioners.
