O R D E R

% 04.05.2017 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, state in unison, that the underlying disputes that led to the institution of the present company petitions have been amicably settled by and between the parties and the terms and conditions of the settlement are enshrined in the Settlement Agreement dated 1st March, 2017.

The said Memorandum of Settlement dated 1st March, 2017 entered into between the parties is lawful and the same is taken on record. The parties shall abide by the terms and conditions of the said Settlement Agreement dated 1st March, 2017 without demur.

Learned counsel for the respondent company on instructions from the latter undertakes that the latter shall make all the payments on the nominated dates in the agreement. The said undertaking is accepted. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties as aforesaid, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seek leave to withdraw the present petitions, with liberty to revive the same in the event the said undertaking furnished to this Court is not complied with. Leave and liberty granted.

Consequently, the present company petitions are dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
