% 29.02.2016 Ms. Preveen Dhawan, the respondent is present in person and states that she is about to retire and is presently working as Administrative officer. She states that she is not interested and would not seek promotion in the post of Additional Assistant Director. We take the statement made by the respondent, who is present in person, on record and dispose of the present writ petition observing that the impugned order under challenge dated 4.4.2014 would not be read as a direction to the petitioner that the respondent should be considered for promotion to the post of Additional Assistant Director or re-designated post on provisional basis. This direction will be treated as non est and not binding.
