This is an application filed by the Plaintiff - BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. seeking clarification of the order dated 10th January, 2024. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the entire suit paper including the pleadings and documents be returned to the Plaintiff for filing before the Saket Court, South District, Delhi so that effective representation can be made before the District Court and so that the precious time of the Court, which was spent on completion of pleadings, is not lost. 4.
