% 18.09.2017 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with F.I.R. No.672/2015, dated 21.9.2015 (PS Keshav Puram) instituted for the offences under Sections 392/411/34 of the IPC.

Mr.Ashish Dutta, learned APP has drawn the attention of this Court to the tainted background of the petitioner and has submitted that he has been made accused, in the past, in at least 111 cases. However, in the present case, this Court has been informed that the trial is almost on completion and almost all the witnesses have now been examined. As such, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application is dismissed.
