Learned counsel for appellant is present in Court and produced the original FDR bearing A/c No. 8076192371-0 for cancellation of endorsement. The FDR is returned to the counsel after cancelling the endorsement on it. Copy of the same is taken on record. Registry shall send intimation to the concerned bank that the endorsement on the above said FDR has been cancelled and can encash the amounts of FDR to anyone without prior permission of this Court.

No further order is required to be passed.
