% 24.10.2016 CS(OS) 4015/2014 Case file has been received back pursuant to order dated 23.09.2016 of learned District & Sessions Judge, East, KKD Courts, Delhi, whereby he was of the opinion that revenue jurisdiction of area Krishna Nagar falls within the jurisdiction of Shahdara District. Accordingly the ministerial order dated 30.05.2016 for transfer of the present matter to East District, KKD Courts, is modified. In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present matter now stands transferred to Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi on 24.11.2016 at 10.00 a.m.
