Learned counsel for respondent submits that compliance has already been done and nothing survives in the present petition. 2.

Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner.

It is also noticed that on the last date also, there was no appearance from the side of petitioner. It is also noteworthy to mention that when this contempt petition was taken up by this Court on 24.02.2023, learned counsel for the respondent had reiterated the aforesaid submission and informed that order dated 10.09.2014, which was subject matter of the present contempt petition, already stood complied with and, therefore, present petition was liable to be disposed of.

Thereafter, the matter was adjourned only on the basis of request made by the petitioner.
