% 01.12.2015 Ex. Appl. (OS) No. 1162/2015 (Sec. 39(1)(b) r/w O 21 R 5 r/w Sec. 151 CPC) In para 4 of the application, it has been stated that judgment debtor is the owner of the immovable property bearing no. SP-175, 176, Karhani Industrial Area, Bhiwadi (Rajasthan).

It is submitted that decree holder seeks to recover the decretal amount by sale of the said property. Decree holder seeks transfer of the decree to the District Court Alwar, within whose jurisdiction the immovable property situates. Decree be transferred to the District Judge, Alwar under Section 39(1)(b) of the CPC and a necessary certificate in this regard be issued. Application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
