% 30.03.2017 Crl. M.A. Nos. 1661-1662/2017 The petitioner had preferred this petition to seek parole for a period of eight weeks for getting medical treatment/ operation of his ailing mother. Mr. Mehra has tendered in Court the latest nominal roll, which shows that the petitioner was released on furlough after filing of the present application between 06.02.2017 and 20.02.2017, and he has also been granted parole between 03.03.2017 and 03.04.2017. In view of the aforesaid, the applications are disposed of as infructuous.
