% 05.01.2016 IA Nos.3/2016 & 4/2016 These applications seek disposal of the suit in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties through a Compromise Deed dated 29th October, 2015, courtesy the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. The applications have been signed by the parties and their respective

counsel and are supported by corresponding affidavits also. The learned counsel for the parties assure the Court, upon instructions, that the parties shall abide by the terms of the Compromise Deed. Their assurance is accepted.

The applications are allowed in the above terms. CS(OS) Nos.3965/2014, 4014/2014 Since the lis has been settled in terms of the Compromise Deed dated 29th October, 2015, the suit is disposed off accordingly. Decree sheet be drawn up accordingly in terms of the Compromise Deed. Court fees be returned as per rules.
