% 17.10.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that since the Central Government has directed SFIO investigation and issued an order dated 12.07.2017 to investigate the affairs of 17 groups of companies including the company against whom the present FIR has been registered, which was one of the prayers in the petition, he seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach this court if money trail is not identified for redressal of their grievance.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty. VINOD GOEL, J.
