O R D E R

% 16.03.2016 Counsel for the parties state that pursuant to reference of this matter to Mediation, in terms of order passed by this Court on 27th November, 2015, parties have concluded a settlement on terms recorded on 2nd December, 2015. A copy of the settlement agreement has also been sent by the Mediator to this Court. The said settlement is signed by the petitioner and the respondent, as well as their respective counsel. Both counsel approbate the said settlement agreement and state that their respective parties shall remain bound by the same.

An amount of Rs.1,50,000/-, as envisaged in the agreement, has been handed over to the petitioner, who is present in person in the W.P.(C) 2933/2015

Court today, by way of a Manager's Cheque bearing No. 203415 drawn on HDFC Bank dated 15th March, 2016. The petitioner also acknowledges the receipt of the same. He states that he has no further claims against the respondents and that his challenge to the impugned Award be, therefore, disposed off in terms of the said settlement. Counsel for the respondents also state that this is agreeable to them.

Under the circumstances and as prayed, the writ petition along with pending applications are disposed off in terms of the aforesaid settlement.
