% 13.01.2017 Matter has been called twice. The petitioner has not put in appearance.

Counter affidavit of respondent No. 2 is on record. The status report has been filed by respondent No. 1. His submission is the appropriate actions against both the properties i.e. property No. H-56, Shakarpur, Delhi as also H-57, Shakarpur, Delhi have been taken. Qua the first property i.e. property bearing No. H56, the property had been booked on 01.11.2016. A demolition notice has also been issued on 15.11.2016. All further actions in accordance with law shall be taken.

Qua property No. H-57, the property was found to be old and occupied comprising of ground floor up to the fourth floor. Property has been carried without any sanction building plan. This property has also been booked. Show cause notice dated 15.11.2016 has been issued. All further actions shall be completed qua the aforenoted property. Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 has been made aware of these proceedings.

Since none has appeared for the petitioner, taking the status report of respondent No. 1 on record, this Court is of the view that no further orders are called for on this petition. Petition disposed of.
