% 12.09.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner tendered apology for withholding the crucial facts from the pleadings and his submission, despite knowledge that earlier non-bailable warrants followed by process under Section 82 Cr. PC had been issued against the petitioner by the court of the jurisdictional Magistrate and further that inspite of direction to join investigation by the court of Sessions, the petitioner had failed to abide by the same and instead suffered the first anticipatory bail application to be dismissed in default on 06.11.2017. He now seeks permission, on instructions, to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith undertaking that the petitioner would present himself before the investigating BAIL APPLN. 2128/2018
