% 22.11.2016 By this petition the petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No. 92/2016 under sections 380/420/467/468/471/506/120-B/34 IPC registered as PS Krishna Nagar on the complaint of one Satbir Singh. The complainant alleged that he was cheated for a sum of ₹45 lacs by the petitioner and two other accused persons by preparing forged documents and on the strength of the same selling three floors i.e. first, second and third floor alongwith roof rights and terrace rights of property bearing No.D3/16, Krishna Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, Delhi admeasuring 66.66 sq yds. During the course of investigation it was found out that the petitioner had fabricated the documents on strength whereof, took loan from three different banks besides selling the property to the complainant. One more

FIR of similar nature has been registered at Jaipur, Rajasthan against the petitioner.

Investigation in the above noted FIR is complete, the petitioner is in custody for the last nearly 9 months, trial is likely to take some time and the evidence to be adduced is primarily documentary in nature. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this court deems it fit to grant bail to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹50,000/- with two sureties of the like amount, one of which would be a family member of the petitioner, to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court, further subject to the condition that he will appear before the learned trial court on each date unless exempted and will not leave the country without prior permission of the court concerned.

Petition is disposed of.
