C.M.No.19942/2015 Issue notice. Mr.Manish Mohan, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
Applicant seeks a correction of the order made on 28.05.2015. It is stated that in the pleadings as well in the order the name of the petitioner was shown "Damodar Singh". Application states that the correct name of the petitioner is "Damodar Joshi". Relevant certificate of the SSB has been placed on record.
In view of these submissions which are not disputed by the respondent, the name of the petitioner shall be shown "Damodar Joshi" in the corrected order to be issued.
Application is allowed in the above terms.
