The learned counsel appearing for the CONCOR has handed over a letter dated 29.01.2019, which indicates that the CONCOR has started destuffing containers and the same would be de-stuffed within one or two days. He further submits that the containers shall be handed over to the concerned shipping lines.

CONCOR is bound down to the said statement, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is disposed of. The pending application is also disposed of.
