% 06.10.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized construction which is being permitted at property No.E-5, Ganesh Nagar, Pandav Nagar Complex, Delhi.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent no.1 has put in appearance. He submits that he has instructions to state that all alleged illegal deviations, if any, shall be dealt with in accordance with law and action shall be taken upon them. Field inspection of the property is yet to be carried out.

Needless to state that before any adverse order is passed the private respondent shall be given a hearing.

No further order is called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
