At this stage, learned counsel for the respondent points out that certain orders passed in this petition would have a bearing in W.P. (C) No.11913/2016 and particularly the order dated 06.10.2016. The orders passed in the present petition shall be read in that petition. With these directions, this petition is disposed of. However, the file of the present petition will be tagged with the file of W.P. (C) No.11913/2016.
