Mr. Sehrawat, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the land in question has already been demarcated by the competent authority. 2.

In case the same is so done, the competent authority shall deliver a copy of the demarcation report to the petitioner expeditiously and within a period not later than 4 weeks from today. 3.

Ms. Harshita Nathrani, learned counsel is present in Court and has been requested to represent the SDM.

In this view of the matter, the petitions are disposed of and in case the petitioner has any other further grievance, the petitioner will be entitled to revive the petition.
