% 11.01.2018 The parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 27th November, 2017 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Counsel for the petitioners submits that an amount of Rs.20 lacs has also been paid to the respondent in terms of the settlement.

The present petition is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement.
