% 25.01.2016 CM Appl. 2842/2016 in W.P.(C) 5777/2015 Present application has been filed seeking leave of this Court to adjudicate upon the show cause notice dated 01st November, 2014 issued to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for petitioner, who appears on advance notice, states that she has no objection to the adjudication of the show cause notice. She, in fact, prays that the writ petition be disposed of with a direction to the respondent to adjudicate upon the show cause notice in time bound manner. Consequently, with consent of parties, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent to adjudicate upon the show cause notice dated 01st November, 2014 within a period of six weeks.

Petitioner is directed to render full assistance to the adjudicating authority.

Respondent is also directed to consider the case of release of petitioner's goods along with the order disposing of the show cause notice. It is clarified that in view of the direction to respondent No.1 to finally adjudicate upon the show cause notice dated 01st November, 2014, the impugned order has become infructuous and it is declared accordingly. The next date of hearing is cancelled.
