This matter has been listed for directions of office note for release of balance amount.

The record shows that the matter was disposed of by an order dated 09.12.2024. The report of the Registry shows that the amount in the sum of Rs. 2,73,150/- is lying deposited with the Registry of this Court. 3.

Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 1 submits that only 50% of the amount was released in terms of order dated 19.08.2019. Subsequently, in terms of order dated 09.12.2024 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the Appeal was dismissed.

Since, the Appeal was dismissed, the compensation is required to be released to Respondent No. 1. Accordingly, let the balance compensation inclusive of up to date interest be released in favour of Respondent No. 1 in accordance with scheme, as is set out in the Impugned Award dated 08.06.2018.
