O R D E R

% 29.10.2015 Learned counsel for the plaintiffs submits that plaintiffs have stopped giving instructions to him. It is further submitted that a notice was sent to the plaintiffs through speed post mentioning therein that in case instructions are not received counsel would seek discharge from the case. It is further submitted that notice has been received back with the remarks that "addressee not available hence returned".

Accordingly, counsel is discharged from the brief.

Since plaintiffs have remained unrepresented suit is dismissed in default.

Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
